You will serve as an OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND COMPTROLLER (FM&C) of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN).Requirements:
GS-13: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Developing independent cost estimates and independent cost assessments.
- Developing long range, intermediate, and short-range plans for improvement.
- Ensuring cost estimates meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
GS-14: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Leading the development of independent cost estimates and independent cost assessments.
- Planning organizing and planning the performance of data collection and development of cost models.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive cost analysis studies.
