THIS IS A NORTH DAKOTA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This ND National Guard position is for a INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1797000 and is part of the ND 176 Intelligence Squadron, National Guard.

Area I: All onboard NDNG Federal Employees (Tenure 1 & 2)
Area II: All onboard NDNG Federal Employee (Tenure 3)

QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE
Length of time is not of itself qualifying. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have the experience, education, or training which demonstrates developing and recommending policy organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of all source intelligence operations; administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evaluate and organize pertinent facts; experience preparing clear and concise written reports.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must possess the required one year of specialized experience at the GS 07 grade level or civilian equivalent which includes the experience, education or training; 1) Developing and recommending policy changes related to intelligence operations; 2) Organizing and carrying out specific programs, to include evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations; 3) experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the skills to deal effectively with others; and 4) experience collecting, evaluating, and organizing pertinent facts to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports.
