Requirements:
In order to qualify for the Program Application Specialist - Training Coordinator GS-9 positions, applicant must meet at least one of the following minimum qualification requirements.A. EXPERIENCE: Required one full year of specialized experience that equipped the you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-7) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience includes coordinating training for facility staff in various administrative and clinical areas; analyzing, evaluating, advising, and coordinating all operations related to staff training; providing training and troubleshooting for staff in business processes and associated supporting training software; and tracking/maintaining documents/records to report on training attendance and completion. OR
B. EDUCATION (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED): Requires the successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
Or LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR
C. COMBINATION (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED): Equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate level education combined with specialized experience describes above to meet total qualification requirements. Only education in excess of 1 year (excess of 18 semester hours) is creditable to meet this requirement.
