THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This National Guard position is for a YELLOW RIBBON PROGRAM SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D2020000 and is part of the NC G1, National Guard ( G1-SSS / MD 1325-911 ).
POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO WORK WEEKENDS AND TRAVEL.
Requirements:
Military Grades : Enlisted (E4 to E7)Minimum Requirements: Experience or training which demonstrates a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration. Experience in using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : You qualify for this position if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal Service. For this position, specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience in analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; planning and organizing work; communicating effectively orally and in writing; compiling reports, letters, memoranda, etc., and required person-to-person contacts to convey information; providing technical guidance and assistance in the type of work or in comparable work of the position to be filled; and developing administrative procedures.
