This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership and management with objectively based information for making decisions on civilian human resources, organizational, administrative, programmatic, manpower and training aspects.Requirements:
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the 13 grade level in the Federal service:
- Monitoring the application of cyber workforce policies, principles, and practices in planning and management services of cyberspace workforce management.
- Preparing detailed analyses addressing employment and demographic data, current and anticipated cyber missions and programs.
- Expert knowledge of Title 10, 18, 32 and 50 in U.S. Code, Presidential Directives, executive branch guidelines and criminal legal guidelines.
- Knowledge of the history and strategic objectives of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to include policy development, regulatory compliance and program evaluation.
