About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and located at the Child Development Center at WPAFB.The position is to perform routine manual duties in food preparation or food service areas.
The position includes paid holidays, leave accrual, participation in Health, Dental/ Life Insurance, Retirement, 401K and Flexible Benefits plans.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Ability to read and understand written material and be able to follow simple
oral instructions. Ability to use hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines. Ability to frequently lift or move objects
weighing up to 20 pounds, and occasionally over 20 pounds with assistance. Ability to continuously stand, walk, stoop, reach, push and
bend for long periods of time. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.
Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required.
