Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their work history. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.

In addition to the above qualifications , the following has been determined to be a Quality Ranking Factor (QRF). This means applicants who possess this factor are considered to be Well-Qualified.

Quality Ranking Factor (QRF) : Well-qualified candidates will demonstrate knowledge involving design characteristics, construction practices, and/or operational/maintenance support on a national level for National Aerospace System (NAS) green, standby, and/or critical power or monitoring systems, and must demonstrate having experience in three of the following subject areas: Electrical Safety, Breaker Coordination, Arc Flash studies, National Electric Code (NEC) compliance, Switchgear (GE or SqD), Engine Generators, Automatic/Static Transfer Switches, Batteries, Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), fuel cells, Photovoltaic (PV/solar), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) and/or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
