- Managerial or supervisory work experience of the caliber described above that demonstrates comprehensive analytical skills and acquired formal training in financial analysis and financial management systems. (The work experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.)
- Must possess good oral communication and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and present ideas and proposals to a variety of audiences.
- Knowledge of standard office software such as word processing, graphics presentation, spreadsheet and e-mail.
* Preferred are those candidates that process 4 years experience in MWR operations and / or financial management programs that provided a general knowledge of overall MWR operations and operational experience in hospitality operations, financial analysis, and budget operations. A Graduate degree in finance, accounting, or business is also preferred, however; adequate training and experience can be an acceptable substitute.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
- Experience with Non Appropriated Fund (NAF) CAT C business programs, to include business planning, budget development, personnel management, and financial management for at least 3 years.
- Experience with private industry business program management to include Golf,Bowling, and/or Food and Beverage for at least 3 years.
- Work experience directly related to Army NAF for at least 5 years.
- Experience of MWR Reinvestment planning to include CPMC, NAF Major Construction for at least 3 years, and 3 year planning for life cycle replacement experience.
