Requirements:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE :Must have the following experiences:

- Automating work processes
- Using computers
- Operating computer programs and systems
Must have 36 months of the following experiences:
- Applying computer application techniques
- Planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish an assignment
- Coordinating with others outside the organizational unit
- Developing project controls
- Adapting guidelines or precedents to meet the needs of the assignment
- Preparing documentation on cost/benefit studies
- Summarizing and organizing material and organizing
