The Candidate will work as onsite Resident Engineer with our clients customer and MUST have recent experience and able to meet the following requirements: Perform first level of troubleshooting/response for anomalies found in the above elements. Raise tickets with care team for issues that he couldn't solve. Support activities/migrations/upgrades/ Implement change requests on behalf of customer (those are normally carried out by care team).
