Key Responsibilities Provide troubleshooting, repair, parts ordering, preventative maintenance, and installation of Dell hardware at customer sites. Triage technical issues under the direction of Dell Support. Execute Plans of Action (POA) from Dell Domain Engineers/L3 Support.
