EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1257000 and is part of the CO JFHQ G4, National Guard.

The purpose of this position is to provide instruction and assistance to state unit personnel regarding Army National Guard (ARNG) equipment and maintenance management.

Requirements:

Military Grades : E-5 thru W-2

1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position.

2. An applicant's RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet each specialized experience listed below. Resume must be two pages or less.

3. It must be documented with "from (mm/yy)" and "to (mm/yy)" dates and description of the specialized experience.

Must have at least 12 months of experience in each of the following :
1. Experience which provided knowledge and skill in applying commonly used equipment, facility, or service principles and concepts.
2. Experience in the use of tools and test equipment.
3. Experience which provided knowledge of maintenance programs and techniques.
4. Experience in applying principles, concepts, and methods of equipment design.
5. Experience developing, installing, inspecting, or revising equipment maintenance programs and techniques.
