Description Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst who is local to Lansing, Michigan, and able to work onsite with the customer at their office two days per week, with additional onsite presence as needed. This role is not phone-based support; instead, the individual will work primarily directly with the customer in person when onsite, and via email.
