Description:
In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible to receive an additional component of pay that ensures a 7.5% separation from your highest paid subordinate. This component of pay is separate from the base salary and will adjust to maintain the 7.5% separation, provided the sum of the base pay and the component of pay do not exceed the maximum of the job classification s pay grade.
