Job Title: Support Technician Level 2 Duration: 9months Contract - (Fully Onsite) Years Experience: 2 5 years Certifications: A+ or field support certification preferred Top Skills: Supporting Locution citywide including triage, issue resolution, and referral to other City support teams. May also work on other PSFS initiatives and support activities including but not limited to MDC and iPad repair, rollout of mobile technology, deploying operating system patches, and resolving support incidents.
