Description:
An Inspector General Financial Auditor-NRO conducts and oversees performance and financial-related audits to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of National Reconnaissance Office operations.Requirements:
Minimum QualificationsInterested candidates should be passionate about the ideals of our American republic, committed to upholding the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution, and committed to improving the efficiency of the Federal government. - Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting and management concepts
- Ability to apply Government Auditing Standards
- Ability to assess and analyze complex issues
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to be self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to administrative detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA , including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines and US Government contracting
- Previous or Current Experience related to:
- NRO
- Financial Statements
- Audits
- Any of the following certifications:
- Certified Public Accountants
- Certified Fraud Examiners
