RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce is hiring for a Desktop Technician in San Antonio, TX. Under general supervision, the Desktop Technician is responsible for providing technical support for software and hardware, as well as informal training on technology use in response to user requests. Duties include performing configuration changes, updates, and upgrades, and assisting with the deployment of new images, software/hardware upgrades, and fixes. This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities
