Role SummaryThe Contract Manager is a Key Personnel role responsible for the day-to-day management of the PRDS contract with TennCare. This position serves as the single point of contact to TennCare for all matters related to contractor performance, with authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the Contractor. The Contract Manager ensures that all contractual obligations, deliverables, service levels, and performance expectations are met throughout DDI, CMS Certification, and O&M phases.
