Our client is looking too add IT Technician to their team. The ideal candidate will have real troubleshooting experience and the ability to work independently. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving approximately 10-12 support tickets, smartboard malfunctions, and occasional printer problems. The role requires Level 1 tech support focused on hardware and software troubleshooting, including imaging tasks, Windows troubleshooting, and printer setup. There is no phone support, Mac support,
