The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma is seeking an attorney with significant electronic discovery practice to join our e-Litigation Division. This is a continuous announcement used to fill immediate vacancies with multiple cut-off dates.First cutoff Friday December 19th , 2025 and as needed until position is filled or cutoff date is met.
This position is located in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
This announcement may be used to fill other permanent appointments and vacancies.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least 1* year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience. United States citizenship is required.Preferred Qualifications: Desire to work as an AUSA in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, with prior violent crime prosecution and jury trial experience.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work closely with federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies.
- Have superior research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities, strong academic credentials, and good judgment.
