Description Provides Tier 2 technical support for a wide range of endpoints, ensuring the functionality of desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP phones, and other associated peripherals connected to our network. Resolves basic to intermediate issues escalated from lower support tiers. Utilizes technical and communication skills for both remote and in-person assistance. Documents work performed and completed through Incidents and Requests/Tasks. Provides Tier 2 support for organizational applications
