THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 INDEFINITE EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER, Position Description Number D1717P01 and is part of the CO JFHQ, National Guard.

Requirements:

Military Grades : E-6 thru O-5 or W-1 thru W-5

1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position.

2. An applicant's RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet each specialized experience listed below. Resume must be two pages or less.

3. It must be documented with "from (mm/yy)" and "to (mm/yy)" dates and description of the specialized experience.

Must have at least 12 months of experience in each of the following :
1. Experience involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting advanced concepts, principles, and theories of Equal Employment Opportunity to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
2. Experience assisting in the development of Equal Employment Opportunity policies and procedures.
3. Experience advising management on Equal Employment Opportunity principles and practices.
