POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Performs and accomplishes minor maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection on fire alarm and sprinkler systems within University Health (the Health System) buildings and facilities Helps different trades bypass and acknowledge fire alarm panels, annunciators along with maintaining and cleaning fire alarm devices. Ensures safe, competent, efficient, and timely performance of assigned tasks. Cares for and uses materials, supplies, tools, and equipment properly.
