Job Description We are seeking an IT Concierge to provide first-line support for users experiencing issues with their devices. This role works closely with the PC Support team to ensure smooth resolution of technical problems. The IT Concierge will assist users who walk up with new issues, respond to chat inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up on repairs, and keep users informed about the status of their ticket requests. This is a customer-facing position that offers exposure to IT trouble
