- GS-04: Six (6) months of general experience and six (6) months of specialized experience relative to radiological control operations and equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-03)
- GS-05: One year of specialized experience relative to radiological control operations and equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04)
- GS-06: One year of specialized experience relative to radiological control operations and equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05)
- GS-07: One year of specialized experience relative to radiological control operations and equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06)
- GS-08: One year of specialized experience relative to radiological control operations and equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07)
- GS-09: One year of professional specialized experience relative to radiological control operations and equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-08)
- GS-10: One year of professional specialized experience relative to radiological control operations and equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09)
