Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-03 (GS-09/11 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer with several years of experience in PCB design, electrical component selection, development and engineering processes along with RF/Antenna experience.Examples of qualifying experience may include:
- Proficiency in testing, engineering processes, embedded technologies, PCB schematic layouts.
- Designing and evaluating electrical engineering hardware and PCB development to meet program or user needs.
- Skilled at applying principles, methods, and procedures to integrate and optimize Electrical Engineering hardware designs into other program components
- Skilled at using diagnostic equipment and tools to analyze and solve problems during the engineering process
- Understanding the interactions of electrical components within a system, demonstrating the ability to use circuit design and simulation tools to develop and evaluate Electrical Engineering solutions.
