THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for an HR SPEC (MIL) , Position Description Number PDD1622000 and is part of the WY Joint Force Headquarters ANG , Wyoming Air National Guard.
This is a Title 32 Dual Status Technician Excepted Service position. Military affiliation is required.

AREAS OF CONSIDERATION:Consideration of eligible qualified candidates will be as follows:
Area 1 : All permanent and indefinite Wyoming National Guard (NG) WY ANG employees assigned to the JFHQ - ANG .
Area 2 : All permanent and indefinite Wyoming Air National Guard (ANG) T32 Dual Status technicians employed within the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Area 4 : All current military members of the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Area 6 : Current military service members to include the US Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and other states' Air National Guard units. Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Air National Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position.

Description of Work :
Work performed is in administrative positions that manage, supervise, administer, advise on, or deliver human resources management products or services.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must possess at least 1-year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Specialized experience is experience that prepared the applicant to perform the duties of the position. The applicant's educational-degree study program or military or civilian academic courses may substitute for some specialized experience. An applicant must demonstrate the specialized experience competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities and behaviors) to qualify for a position identified by its position grade and career level. Specialized experience factors encompass human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD, U.S. Army, or U.S. Air Force.
NOTE: Minimum Requirements and Specialized Experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. Applicants must provide from MM/YYYY - MM/YYYY (e.g., 02/2015 - 03/2017 or Feb 2017 - Mar - 2017) dates and hours worked per week with description of your specialized experience on the resume.
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidates will be required to be in a compatible military grade and assignment prior to the effective date of placement.
COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS:
Must possess or be eligible to retrain into AFSC 3F051, Human Resources and Administration.
Enlisted 3F051 ASVAB Requirements:
Must possess a minimum score of "59" on the Administrative portion of the ASVAB.
Medical Profile PULHES must not be greater than 333233.
Must be able to lift 40lbs. unassisted.
DRIVER'S LICENSE:
Must possess a valid state's driver's license.
