Description:
Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for Client Mortgage Services loan customer inquiries. The CSR will respond to all oral and written communication. Primary Responsibilities: Assist borrowers, attorneys, settlement agents, Client collection staff and other Client staff with billing statement and payment posting inquiries, payoff requests, and general loan inquiries/information.Prepare payoff statements for borrowers, settlement agents and the Client closing department timely.
