Description Under general supervision, analyzes requirements and assists in the selection, installation, testing and support of network devices and other related hardware and software. Utilize existing request system to assist users to resolve technical problems related to network infrastructure components, policies and procedures. Assist with/troubleshoot enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, data backup, anti-virus, anti-spyware, network, accounts) as necessary Assist technical staff
