As a Deputy Comptroller for Human Capital, you will report and function as the key advisor to the Senior Deputy Comptroller for the Office of Management on the formulation, development and implementation of OCC-wide human capital program strategies, plans, and resources.

This position is located in Washington, DC.

Requirements:

You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:

You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VII band level or GS-15 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:

  • Experience executing, directing, or managing the delivery of human resources (HR) services involving one or more of the following functions: recruitment and placement, position management and classification, compensation, employee relations, labor relations, employee benefits, oversight of human resource information systems/data analytics, accountability, or human resource development; AND
  • Experience advising senior management on HR policies and administration; AND
  • Experience providing input to the strategic planning of human capital resources for an organization.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
