You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Manpower/Personnel Analysis and Navy Training System Plan (AB36300) Branch, Readiness & Fleet Analytics Division, Logistics Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Utilizing training systems acquisition policies and processes; 2) Participating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), budget planning and execution, or providing programmatic guidance to stakeholders; 3) Working with training devices, simulators, and courseware development (e.g., computer-based, web-based training); and 4) Developing or managing training products, such as Front-End Analyses, Training Systems Requirements Analyses, and the identification and documentation of military and civilian training requirements for weapons or systems.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
