Description:
The MWR Program Analyst reports to the Morale, Well-being, and Recreation (MWR) Program Manager at the Community Services Command in Chesapeake, Virginia. Position serves as the Youth Program Manager for the Coast Guard. Additionally, the role provides support in other aspects of MWR program management.Requirements:
REQUIRED:Minimum:
- Four years general experience (year to year basis) OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in parks, recreation, leisure, fitness, business administration, or a related field, and at least two years of specialized experience.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Word.
- Two years' experience in Child and/or Youth Programming.
- Advanced writing skills.
- This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
PREFERRED: (in addition to the minimum):
- Military Child and/or Youth Programming Experience
