Description:
Provide level operations, management, and sustainment (O&M&S) support for the Naval Exchange Point services, including maintaining security compliance (STIGs, firewall rules, and patches), performing regular software updates, troubleshooting application, connectivity, and performance issues, maintaining system documentation and procedures, and addressing requests through the ticketing system.
