You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Directorate Ship Management (DSM), Fleet Replenishment Oilers (PM1) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience making top-level executive decisions on courses of action having far-reaching implications.
- Experience leading complex studies requiring the application of a wide range of analytical and evaluative techniques such as work measurement, task analysis, cost analysis, flow charting or work processes.
- Experience directing long range strategic planning activities.
- Experience directing, coordinating, developing and representing corporate programs and initiatives.
- Expert experience with commercial ship operations, construction, capabilities, and maintenance management procedures, as well as shipboard and auxiliary systems including operations, maintenance, and repair and/material readiness.
