Requirements:
Qualifications required:- Knowledge of policies and procedures under tile 5 of the CFR.
- Experience administering employee benefits programs providing advisory, counseling and or processing services in the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS), Federal Employees' Retirement System (FERS), the Federal Employees' Health Program (FEHB), the Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Program (FEGLI), the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Workman's Compensation.
- Experience with HR Systems: EOPF, FEDHR Navigator, EMPOWHR, NFC- RUMBA, NFC-SNOW, NFC-Reporting Center and ECOMP
